Creative Fieldstone Retaining Walls in Port Washington, Wisconsin
This fieldstone wall was created to prevent erosion and provide a beautiful hill of color and design for the backyard area. Originally a steep slope, the boulders were placed to design planting beds and pocket areas for shrub and perennials. The owners of this new Port Washington home were delighted with this addition to their landscaping.
In the front yard, large evergreens helped to bring the height of the house to scale. Terraced fieldstone walls also help with erosion on the side slope, while complimenting the architectural design of this beautiful home.
